The astounding amount of media attention this man has garnered is ludicrous(no not the rapper)and although he's famous, recent polls show he will probably only get 1% of the vote in November. I could spend some time telling you about how much of a nut this guy is but Basil Marceaux is at his best in front of a camera. So I'd like to share with you some more Basil Marceaux madness.
Apparently small gay boys(Zinnia Jones) in drag are also fans of Basil Marceaux as evidenced here in this astoundingly ridiculous parody of Basil's now infamous speech. Ok He's probably not a fan, but he is gay, and a drag queen so I'm mostly right.
The 2010 election season is shaping up to be one hell of a ride. Tea Party candidates getting nominations in record numbers, a good portion of them are not seasoned politicians, but business men and women who seem have a genuine interest in the welfare of our republic. States fighting the government to keep illegals out and to stem the tide of forced health care reform. The biggest positive besides a unified peoples picking the candidates they want instead of party leaders is of course, the humor. Basil Marceaux, Alvin Greene, Charlie Rangel?? However you look at it, this year is looking like it might surpass the fervor and excitement of the 2008 presidential election in which a black man with no experience, but big ideas went up against a geriatric RINO with lots of experience, but no ideas on how to be a conservative.
