Middle-Class America:The New Black(Racism and Tea Party Politics)

Blackface

I received a comment about my earlier posting regarding Dale Robertson and his infamous "niggar"sign, and I just wanted to respond to this person. I realized as soon as I began to type that a reply to a comment would not be enough, so I decided to address his comment in a separate post.
The guy holding the sign is on record, acknowledging the sign and the wording on it. http://videocafe.crooksandliars.com/heather/alan-colmes-tea-partier-tells-mediaite-rac I found this in about 8 seconds on Google. You could have also. Are you that lazy? Or are you intentionally trying to deceive, obfuscate, and mislead?
I actually find the whole affair to be laughable. To answer your question, no I am not trying to deceive, obfuscate, or mislead anyone. I just thought the sign looked a bit odd is all. Frankly, I could care less if he used that word. If he really feels that congress is treating the American people like Ni**er slaves than that's his opinion. It makes perfect sense considering the roots of slavery rest solely with the Democrat party.

The states that seceded from the Union..Democrat controlled. After the war, all the laws passed by Republicans to protect black people..repealed by Democrats when they regained control of the house. The Jim Crow laws...enacted by Democrats, repealed by a majority Republican vote..almost no Democrats showed up at all. The rich history of the Democratic party of the United States was built on the backs of black slaves.

Now, as we watch our system of government(a Constitutional Republic for those of you who still think we live in a Democracy)is being systematically dismantled by the Obama administration, Capitalism undermined by this Administrations takeover of Banks, Auto, Wall Street, slowly regulating the life out of the economy at the expense of the lower and middle class. Jobs continue to be lost at a staggering rate in my county, yet they talk about less unemployment claims, and a recovering economy.

Food, clothing, gas prices are all slowly increasing, employment is abysmal at best, and on a regular basis the Democrats push through more laws that strangle the life from our nation. The most ironic thing of all, poor blacks continue to remain poor, all at the hands of another black man. One with almost no political experience, surrounded by lifelong Democrats just waiting for a puppet to mold.

So yes, we are all ni**ers in the eyes of this government. We are all subject to their will as the very people we elect to represent us betray us to serve their own interests. John Lennon was wrong, Woman is not the ni**er of the world, it is lower and middle class America, all of us, every one.

I am sure that some of my readers might take offense at this post, for that I am sorry. For the record I will state my opinion on this whole affair of race that has been plaguing this country lately.

There will always be some who will be upset that a black man is president, but this last election was not about race to most of America. It was about race to Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the main stream media. To the record number of black voters who turned out to vote for the first time...it was about race. For myself and my family, we vote for the candidate we think best represents our interests, regardless of the color of his skin.

The Republicans criticisms about Barack Obama are not about race, they are about leadership, of which our President has little. The Tea Party and their objections to the Democrats health care reform bill, and the castrating of the free markets is not about race. The Democrats and the media virulently disagree, instead citing unfounded claims of hatred, racism, bigotry, and homophobia as a defense for their criticisms of the movement and the good and decent people who are a part of it.
